Korea's experience in establishing, implementing and evaluating public services was shared with public officials in Palestine through invitational training on public service reform, conducted for three weeks from June 9 to June 21, 2011. The invitees consisted of 14 public officials, including director OTHMAN Ali Jaber, who is with the state affairs mediation bureau. CIDEC sought to present a competitive public service reform model by sharing Korea's experience in development and success cases. Over the three weeks, training was conducted, with a focus on the modules of government reform, administrative reform, local government reform, ODA management and communication.
