This evaluation is designed to draw essential lessons to improve future KOICA-funded public health projects through in-depth and comprehensive analysis on 15 of KOICA's past community-based maternal-child health capacity building projects. In this project, the evaluation team expects to conduct analysis and evaluation on community-based health capacity building, primary health care personnel capacity building, effective social and behaviour change communication (SBCC) of designated past projects, with the aim of drawing solid and seminal lessons for performance management, monitoring, evaluation strategies and tools in future KOICA funded programs in public health sector.
